Louisa approaches each student as an individual, lessons are catered to students' own interests and choice of repertoire. Students learn to play the piano by reading musical notes, understanding the theory and structure. They participate in evaluations, recitals and competitions. They also do community service by performing in retirement homes. Louisa inspires her students through her warmth and loving care.

In addition to teaching, she serves as president of Music Teachers Associations, West Los Angeles Branch - a professional organization dedicated to excellence in teaching, performance, and music education.
